High temperature sterilization will cause product discoloration and loss of fresh taste. At present, the traditional filtration methods (diatomite, plate-frame filtration, etc.) are still used. These methods can not completely intercept macromolecular impurities. Although they can play a temporary clarification, under the combined action of time, temperature, charge and solution pH, the dissolved impurities re-aggregate and form visible foreign bodies, resulting in turbid sediment of seabuckthorn juice.

Application of Ultrafiltration Membrane Filtration Technology in the Production of Peptide extraction
